Wack, wack quick snacks

If you're by yourself or in a hurry, here's a quick meal idea.Microwave whole, unpeeled kumara or potatoes for about 3 minutes each. Make a deep cross (wack, wack!) into each and generously fill with your chosen filling. The cooking time gives you just enough time to grate some cheese and get out a few other goodies – like tomatoes, baked beans or pickles.
You will soon come up with your own favourite filling combinations – great to teach your children so they can make their own!
