combinations and different delicious tastes you will enjoy.
kumara sambal
Try this accompaniment with your favourite curry
2 kumara
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 tspn chilli paste
1/4 cup coriander or italian parsley, finely chopped
1 spring onion, finely chopped
1 tspn ground cumin
1/4 tspn salt
1 cup plain unsweetened yoghurt
Peel the kumara & boil in salted water until tender. Allow
to cool, then cut into small cubes.
Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Stir through the
cooled kumara and serve.
