kumara rosti
• 1 large Kumara
• 1 small garlic clove, squeezed
(optional)
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 egg white
• salt and freshly ground
black pepper
Peel the kumara and grate into large bowl. Add
the remaining ingredients and form into 6 pancakes. Bake on
an oiled tray 45 minutes at 180C.
